About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time evening-shift Weekend Option position at Summit City. The role offers a $4 per hour weekend option shift differential. Nurses develop meaningful relationships with residents by learning their life stories and use their nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

• Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
