About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with an interest in pediatric and adult care to join its Skilled Nursing team through the Mercer County Office. The role provides compassionate, high-quality home-based care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Some clients require advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management; paid training is offered for these skills. Private duty nursing involves traditional shifts of 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours, hands-on care for one client per day, and building relationships while supporting client milestones. Flexible scheduling is available, with no minimum hours. Pay is $34–$39 per hour, based on qualifications. The office offers onboarding and training, electronic charting using Statewise, paid training and shadowing, simulation labs, case matching near the nurse’s home, and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.
- Be CPR certified.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on skilled nursing care to one client per day in the client’s home.
- Care for pediatric and adult clients across a range of ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
- Provide advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management when required by the client.
- Build relationships with clients and support them as they reach milestones.
