About The Position

Axess Health Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing services to senior and pediatric clients in their homes in the Metro Atlanta area. The RN works as a pivotal member of the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while helping create a positive and supportive environment. Clients may have physical or intellectual limitations or need assistance due to aging or illness. The RN serves as a front-line representative of the physician-supported patient care team and may act as an intermediary between clients, their families, and the office team. The role includes ensuring that nursing duties are performed in accordance with staff members' licensed skills. The RN is expected to uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, and to provide emotional support while building engaged, supportive relationships with clients and families. This is an in-person role with flexible scheduling, offering 4–30 hours per week. The stated pay range is $42–$47 per hour.

Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Clear or negative TB test.
Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
Pass a national background check and drug screen.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation; an MVR is requested.
Valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Complete care plans and assessments, including assessments for new and existing clients.
Conduct regular fidelity checks and home supervisory visits.
Provide hands-on care.
Teach and coach caregivers and families on tips and strategies for managing care.
Supervise care and ensure nursing duties align with the skills authorized by staff members' licenses.
Provide emotional support and maintain supportive, engaged relationships with clients and their families.
Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
