Home Care Registered Nurse RN
About The Position
HomeWorks, a division of United Methodist Communities, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide home care services in Northern New Jersey. The nurse builds relationships with clients, coordinates nursing services, and promotes positive health outcomes in the home setting. The position pays $44 per hour and is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., four days per week, with flexibility as needed. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license or a multistate (compact) RN license.
- 1–2 years of experience as an RN in home care, home health, hospice, or community nursing.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Responsibilities
- Complete in-home nursing assessments to evaluate health, wellness, safety, and support needs.
- Partner with Home Health Aides by providing guidance and helping ensure quality client support.
- Develop and update individualized care plans as clients’ needs change.
- Conduct follow-up visits and evaluations to monitor progress and provide clinical support.
- Build relationships with clients and families and serve as a trusted resource.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate important updates and changes in condition to nursing leadership.
