About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a day-shift, PRN Staff Registered Nurse at INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The nurse assumes responsibility for managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process, including documenting care. The position may require floating to other units, participating in on-call status, and meeting population-specific competencies. Additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit-test requirements may apply.

Requirements

Two years of RN experience.
Current Registered Nurse licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Additional certifications and competencies as required by the service-line skill.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
Document patient care, including assessments and reassessments.
Develop plans of care.
Implement and evaluate appropriate patient care interventions.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in providing patient care as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
Float to other units and participate in on-call status when required.
