About The Position
Join INTEGRIS Health as a Registered Nurse at Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse manages and delivers patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation. Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
- Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Population-specific competencies.
- Other certifications and competencies required based on the service-line skill.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
- Assess and reassess patients.
- Develop plans of care.
- Implement appropriate patient care interventions.
- Evaluate appropriate patient care interventions.
- Document patient care.
- Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in providing care to patients, as assigned.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
- Adhere to applicable National Patient Safety Goals.
- Float to other units and participate in on-call status if required.
