About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a Staff Registered Nurse at Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The nurse manages and delivers patient care using the nursing process and is responsible for documenting care. The role may require floating to other units and participating in on-call status. It requires population-specific competencies and adherence to applicable National Patient Safety Goals. The nurse may also supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel and provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate. Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Population-specific competencies.
Other certifications and competencies required based on service-line skill.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
Document patient care, including assessments and reassessments, development of the plan of care, implementation of appropriate interventions, and evaluation of interventions.
Float to other units if required.
Participate in on-call status if required.
Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate to the level of patient contact.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in providing patient care, as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
