About The Position

Join INTEGRIS Health as a night-shift, PRN Registered Nurse at INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process, including assessment and reassessment, developing a plan of care, implementing appropriate interventions, evaluating those interventions, and documenting care. The nurse may float to other units and may be required to participate in on-call status. The position requires population-specific competencies and may have additional or varied physical-demand and respiratory fit-test requirements. Requirements

Two years of RN experience.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Population-specific competencies.
Other certifications and competencies required based on the service-line skill.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
Assess and reassess patients.
Develop plans of care.
Implement appropriate patient-care interventions.
Evaluate appropriate patient-care interventions.
Document patient care.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in providing care, as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
Float to other units, if required.
Participate in on-call status, if required.
