About The Position

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join its Healthcare Team at Heather Knoll in Tallmadge, Ohio. The nurse will assess residents’ needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and support residents and their families. Sprenger Health Care operates senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina, providing long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation.

Requirements

Hold a current, unrestricted RN license issued by a state nursing board.
Have valid CPR certification.
Have proven RN experience in various clinical settings.
Have strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.
Adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations.

Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

Assess residents’ health by interviewing them and obtaining medical histories.
