RN Registered Nurse $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

About The Position

Westside Village is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join its clinical team. The RN delivers quality nursing care through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment and revises care plans as patients’ conditions change. The RN also provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Full-time RNs are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and nurses may earn an additional bonus by picking up extra shifts.

Requirements

Nursing diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
Ability to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.

Nice To Haves

One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.

Revise care plans based on changes in patients’ conditions.

Implement and interpret the department’s programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
