About The Position
NewYork-Presbyterian is hiring a per-diem Registered Nurse for in-patient dialysis at Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. This is an as-needed day position with a stated schedule of 7:30 AM–8:00 PM. Nurses provide compassionate, high-quality patient care and may float across multiple specialties. The role offers dependable assignments and the opportunity to partner with specialists. Employees must live within a commutable distance because roles require on-site presence; travel expenses are not reimbursed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current New York State RN license.
- At least 1 year of acute RN experience in Dialysis.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Live within a commutable distance to NYP; the role requires on-site presence.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care as a registered nurse in in-patient dialysis.
- Work per diem assignments as needed; floating across multiple specialties may be required.
