About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a full-time, day-shift Registered Nurse for the Portland Medical Center Med Surg team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse manages the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessment and reassessment, care-plan development, implementation of appropriate interventions, and evaluation of those interventions. The nurse supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel as assigned, and provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate. The position reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. A sign-on bonus may be available. The role may involve additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit-test requirements. Potential exposures include infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals; standard precautions must be followed.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
BLS certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Other certifications and competencies required based on the service-line skill.
