About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting. The position involves working three shifts per week from 6 AM to 6 PM, with possible on-call duties. Holiday coverage may be required.

Requirements

• Must be currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado.
• Minimum of one year of relevant nursing experience required.
• General certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required upon hire or within six months.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) is required upon hire.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) is required upon hire or within six months.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) is required upon hire or within six months.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Specialty certification for specific areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in patient care.
