About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for the Portland Medical Center Med Surg unit in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse manages the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessment and reassessment, development of care plans, implementation of appropriate interventions, and evaluation of those interventions. The nurse supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel as assigned and provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate. The position reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. The posting notes potential exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals; standard precautions must be followed. Mental Health staff must be able to assist with physical restraint of patients using the identified Behavior Management Technique System. The role may have additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit-test requirements. Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Other certifications and competencies required based on the service line.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of patient care, as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
