About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a full-time, weekend-only night-shift Staff Registered Nurse for the Baptist General Medical-Surgical unit at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The nurse manages the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessment and reassessment, development and implementation of a plan of care, and evaluation of care interventions. The role also supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel as assigned, and provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate. The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. The position may involve additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit-test requirements. There is potential exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals; standard precautions must be followed. Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Demonstrate core competencies within 90 days.
Complete unit-specific competencies within 12 months.

Manage the delivery and documentation of patient care.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in providing patient care, as assigned.
