About The Position

Join INTEGRIS Health as a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse on the Baptist General Medical-Surgical team at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role manages the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessment and reassessment, developing and implementing plans of care, and evaluating patient-care interventions. The nurse supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel as assigned and provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate. The position reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. The posting notes that applicants may be eligible for a sign-on bonus. Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Other certifications and competencies as required based on the service line.

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery and documentation of patient care.
Assess and reassess patients.
Develop plans of care.
Implement appropriate patient-care interventions.
Evaluate patient-care interventions.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients, as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
