About The Position
INTEGRIS Health is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for Baptist Trauma Med Surg at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse manages the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessment and reassessment, care-plan development, implementation of appropriate interventions, and evaluation of those interventions. The nurse also supervises and coordinates licensed and non-licensed personnel as assigned and provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate. The position reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. A sign-on bonus may be available. The role may involve physical demands or respiratory fit-test requirements and potential exposure to infections, communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals. Standard precautions must be followed.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
