About The Position

Texoma Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. The role also provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Patient-centered care forms the foundation of nursing practice, while service excellence and professional nursing standards guide the delivery of competent, safe care. Texoma Medical Center is a 414-bed acute care facility serving North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. Requirements

Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
One year of full-time experience in an acute care setting.
RQI BLS and ACLS required.
Complete BLS Healthcare Provider and all required ECC Healthcare Provider courses according to RQI program guidelines before working in a clinical setting; courses will be provided during new-hire orientation or upon transfer.
Successfully pass any pre-employment assessments required by the facility.
Ability to identify and competently address the needs of populations served.
