About The Position
Inverness Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Ernest Health, is hiring Registered Nurses to join its day and night shift teams. Responsibilities
- Deliver rehabilitative patient care to a diverse population.
- Work with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, and case managers to implement and optimize treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed records of patient improvements, challenges, and responses to therapy interventions.
- Explain complex medical information clearly to patients and families throughout the rehabilitation journey.
