About The Position

Juniper Communities is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse for Juniper Village at the Spearly Center, a 130-bed skilled nursing facility specializing in behavioral and mental health. The RN assists with day-to-day community operations to support residents’ functional ability, safety, and overall wellbeing. The facility aims to create a home-like environment for residents, many of whom are independent. The role involves assessing residents, coordinating communication, completing required documentation, and supporting teamwork and supervision within the Wellness Department. The posting lists a full-time day position from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and a part-time night position from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Pay starts at $39.00 per hour, with increased wages for more experienced candidates. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered to full-time RNs hired between 10/22/2026 and 11/15/2026.

Requirements

Current RN license.
Current CPR certification.
Knowledge of applicable governmental regulations.
Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of older adults.

Responsibilities

Continually assess residents for changes in condition, mood, behavior, or level of function and implement appropriate interventions to support their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing.
Serve as a liaison among residents, family members, and other team members to maintain effective communication and appropriate care.
Make written and oral reports to the leadership team and complete assigned paperwork to meet applicable federal, state, local, and company regulatory compliance standards.
Help establish rapport and maintain teamwork throughout the Wellness Department.
Assist with ongoing supervision, oversight, and delegation within the Wellness Department, including training, disciplining, counseling, motivating, and evaluating.
