About The Position

Juniper Communities is hiring a Cook for its Spearly community. The Cook assists the Executive Chef/Dining Services Director with meal preparation and provides excellent customer service to residents, associates, and visitors. This is a full-time, day-shift position starting at $19.29 per hour. Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Experience in culinary arts or food service.
• Knowledge of volume food preparation.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate food service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors.
• Assist in coordinating effective communication among the dining team and resident assistants.
• Work with the Connections Director and Director of Sales and Marketing to plan and implement special events.
• Maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork as required.
• Follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety.
