About The Position
A highly reputable healthcare system in Massachusetts is searching for Registered Nurses for its Mental Health Unit. In this role, you will be an essential patient care team member and responsible for delivering direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
Requirements
- AHA CPR required.
- Associates degree in nursing required
- Registered Nurse, Current MA License
- Experience handling crisis and emergency situations.
Nice To Haves
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- One year acute Psychiatric Inpatient experience desired.
- Ability and desire to work with Mental Health issues and patients who have identified psychiatric/mental health needs.
- Good interpersonal skills, knowledge and skills required for the position.
- Experience working with substance abuse population preferred.
