About The Position

Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of LPNs and nursing assistants in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The role advances the value that the resident comes first, treats the Community as the resident’s home, and helps create a home-like environment while modeling person-centered care. The position is offered at a starting rate of $35.00 per hour, with additional pay based on experience and shift and weekend differentials through the Premium Pay Plan. Requirements

Possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate from an approved RN program.
Possess a current, active license to practice as an RN in the state.
Have knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care community, or other related health care facility.
Geriatric nursing experience.
