About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Elkhart Meadows, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. You will use your nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and contribute to a rewarding, fulfilling care environment. The role is offered on days with 8-hour shifts, with an earning potential of $37–$41 per hour and a $10,000 sign-on/retention bonus.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
• Work with the team toward the shared goal of excellent resident care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values toward residents, family members, customers, and staff.
