About The Position
SMC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join its Medical/Surgical department. This is a full-time, benefited position working 36 hours per week. Experienced nurses and newly licensed nurses are welcome to apply; thorough training and orientation are provided in a supportive, team-centered environment. A one-year commitment is required for the sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Active RN license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for patient care and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients on the Medical/Surgical floor.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Learn and work across various aspects of nursing with mentorship and support.
