About The Position
Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide holistic, patient-centered nursing care to an incarcerated population at GDCP in Jackson, Georgia. The RN works within their scope of practice under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address patients’ medical, mental health, and psychosocial needs. This is a night-shift position working 36 hours per week in 12-hour shifts, generally from 6 PM to 6 AM, with rotating weekends. Weekend coverage includes an 8-hour shift. The listed hourly compensation is $44–$49, with a $3 night-shift differential and a $1 weekend-shift differential. The role is performed in a structured clinical environment within a correctional facility. Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia, MSL, or Compact; the license must be active.
- Current CPR certification; certification must be active.
- Ability to obtain required security clearance, including drug screening and a background check.
Responsibilities
