About The Position
American Senior Communities is hiring a Registered Nurse at Avalon Village. The role offers full-time evening and night shifts, with an earning potential of $40–$44 per hour and a $10,000 retention bonus. Nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and using nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The nurse helps create a comforting and engaging atmosphere, promotes teamwork, collaborates with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate resident care, and supports a respectful, positive work environment. The role requires medication management, thorough assessments, and accurate documentation of changes in residents’ conditions. Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
