About The Position

Agape Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse committed to creating meaningful patient experiences for patients facing life-limiting illnesses and their families. The RN evaluates patients, creates care plans, communicates with patients, families, and the care team, and helps drive the care team to ensure quality care. The role is part of a supportive environment that offers access to leadership, professional development, and opportunities for advancement. Pay is determined by years of experience and location.

Requirements

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state license as a registered nurse.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently.
• Ability to lift at least 80–100 lbs and effectively bear the weight of an average adult.

• Hospice experience preferred.

• Evaluate patients.
