About The Position

Trinity Manor is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse to provide and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents. The RN will guide the nursing team, oversee daily clinical operations, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment where residents can thrive. The schedule is 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is listed for full-time and part-time positions.

Requirements

Active RN license.
At least 1 year of relevant experience; new graduates are welcome.

Experience working in senior living.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, CMAs, and nursing assistants.
Review care plans to ensure residents receive appropriate, individualized care.
Assess residents, document physical findings, develop care plans, and communicate with physicians about residents’ conditions and progress.
Deliver nursing care focused on resident comfort and well-being.
Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
Notify physicians and/or the Director of Nursing of significant changes in residents’ conditions.
Respond to staff inquiries and attend to residents’ needs.
Complete accurate, timely charting and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Respond promptly and effectively to call lights and resident requests.
