FT Registered Nurse RN-Night
About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. The RN develops nursing care plans in coordination with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary; communicates changes in the patient’s clinical condition with physicians, the Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate; and participates in the patient discharge planning process. This is a full-time night-shift position at Vista Specialty Hospital of California in La Mirada, California. The role is designated as safety-sensitive.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing program.
- Current RN license issued in the state where the facility is located.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of one year of recent nursing experience is preferred.
- Ventilator, telemetry, and/or ICU experience is preferred.
