Registered Nurse (RN) After-hours Week Nights
About The Position
Agape Care Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide after-hours hospice care on weeknights. This salaried, full-time role covers on-call hours from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. Monday through Thursday, ending Friday morning at 8 a.m. The nurse is supported by a 24/7 RN-staffed triage department and a local hospice team. The RN serves as a patient advocate and communicates with patients, families, and the hospice care team about the plan of care, helping ensure patients receive quality care and meaningful support. The role is suited to nurses who value time with patients and are committed to caring for patients and families facing life-limiting illnesses. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current state license as a registered nurse.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently.
- Ability to lift at least 80–100 pounds and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
