About The Position

Agape Care Group is hiring a full-time After-Hours Hospice Registered Nurse to provide hospice care and cover on-call hours from 5 p.m. Friday through 8 a.m. Monday. The RN advocates for patients and coordinates communication among patients, families, and the hospice care team to help ensure patients receive quality care. The role is supported by a 24/7 RN-staffed Triage Department and the local hospice team. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state license as a registered nurse.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, lift at least 80–100 pounds, and effectively bear the weight of an average adult.
• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.

• Hospice experience is preferred.
