About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an After Hours RN Hospice to provide hospice care. The nurse coordinates care, continuously assesses patient and family needs, and implements the interdisciplinary plan of care in accordance with physician orders and applicable federal and state regulations. The position is identified as a weekend shift. Candidates must be able to drive safely in all types of weather and maintain dependable transportation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing education.
• Licensed in the state where the employee practices.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed registered nurse (RN).
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• CPR certification for the healthcare provider.

Nice To Haves

• Medicare home health or hospice experience.
