Registered Nurse (Gloucester)
About The Position
AmeriCare Plus is seeking a PRN RN Supervisor to provide supervisory visits for non-skilled clients in its in-home personal care agency. The service area includes Gloucester, Williamsburg, New Kent, Mathews, Hayes, and surrounding Middle Peninsula communities. The nurse can choose the area in which they provide visits, work as many hours as they like, and determine their own schedule. Compensation is $65 per initial assessment, $55 per reassessment (every six months), $30 for a missed visit when the client is not home for a planned visit, $30 per in-service or class, $20 per aide orientation when additional clinical training is needed, and $20 per hour for office work. An additional $5 per assessment or visit applies for clients more than 30 miles from the agency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct supervisory visits for non-skilled clients.
- Complete initial assessments and six-month reassessments.
- Provide in-services or classes as needed.
- Provide aide orientations when additional clinical training is needed for a case.
- Provide visits in a designated area within the agency’s service region.
