About The Position

Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Food Service Associate to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The associate is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of shift duties, including delivering exceptional customer service, producing deli items, operating and maintaining deli equipment safely, and complying with food service and health regulations.

The role requires a customer-centric approach, handling customer complaints and issues and escalating situations beyond the associate’s authority. Associates must follow company policies and safety rules, help reinforce safety practices with other associates, and keep the deli clean and compliant with state and company health guidelines.
