Registered Nurse - Hospice House
About The Position
Saint Luke's Hospice House is seeking a part-time day Registered Nurse to care for an end-of-life patient population. The nurse is accountable for using the nursing process; providing patient care; delegating patient-care tasks; and supervising other patient-care staff. The role coordinates care plans for assigned patients and consults with other members of the health-care team as needed to support optimal patient outcomes. The clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and follows applicable policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures. A compact nursing license or licensure in Missouri and Kansas is required.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in Kansas or Missouri, or a compact nursing license.
- Associate degree.
- Less than one year of applicable experience is listed.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process.
