About The Position

CarDon is seeking Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment. The RN assesses residents, plans and delivers individualized care, and evaluates outcomes. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to promote residents’ health and provide compassionate support to residents and their families. Flexible nursing schedules are offered. RNs averaging 40 hours per week may earn up to $6,000 annually in additional income, with $500 added to pay for each month the hourly goal is achieved. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions only.

Requirements

Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects.
Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
Document resident care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory standards.
