About The Position

CarDon is seeking Registered Nurses for University Heights Health and Living. The RN delivers high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans. The role works with a multidisciplinary team to promote health outcomes and improve residents’ experiences, while providing compassionate support to residents and their families.

RNs who average 40 hours per week may earn up to $6,000 annually in additional income. Each month an RN meets the hourly goal, an additional $500 is added to their pay.

Requirements

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Document resident care accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory standards.
