About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Rawlins House Health and Living, you will provide high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans, tailoring attention to each resident’s needs. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will help promote positive health outcomes and improve the resident experience. Your expertise and compassionate approach will support residents and their families throughout their healthcare journey.

RNs who average 40 hours per week may earn up to $6,000 in additional annual income. Each month an RN meets the hourly goal, an additional $500 is added to their pay. CarDon describes its nursing schedules as flexible and offers opportunities for career advancement, including leadership pathways.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Document resident care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory standards.
