About The Position

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for per diem work at Wayne County's 192-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Lyons, New York. The facility was rated High Performing in Long-Term Care by U.S. News Best Nursing Homes 2025. Nurses carry resident assignments, direct LPNs and CNAs, and may serve as charge nurse for a unit when assigned, with nursing leadership on site. The role offers W-2 hourly pay of $52.00 to $58.00, paid weekly. Experience determines the rate within the range; nights and weekends are paid at the top of the range. Overtime over 40 hours and all ten County holidays are paid at time and a half. Nurses choose their own availability and select open shifts through the BRIDGE App, with no minimum hours. Shifts include eight paid hours with a half-hour unpaid meal break, generally scheduled 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, or 10:30 PM–7:00 AM; twelve-hour shifts may be available. A confirmed shift canceled by the facility two hours or less before it starts is paid for four hours. Orientation is paid at the nurse’s rate. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. New York-required paid sick leave accrues, and CLFC professional liability insurance covers each shift. The role also includes reimbursement for New York license and CPR renewals, support for continuing education and certifications, and up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance toward a BSN. A $500 referral bonus is offered for bringing a nurse or aide onto the roster. Program terms are provided in writing before acceptance. CLFC Healthcare and Communications, the operating name of CLF Consultants LLC, provides healthcare staffing and language access services for federal, state, and local government clients.
