About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care to join its Skilled Nursing team, serving clients throughout Cumberland and Cape May counties. Nurses provide compassionate, high-quality, reliable care to clients and their families in a private-duty home setting. The work involves one-on-one care for a single client, building relationships, and supporting clients across ages from infancy to geriatrics.

Nurses travel to a client’s home and work a chosen schedule, with ongoing shifts available in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour formats. The role includes carrying out and documenting physicians’ orders, assessing clients and monitoring their conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. BAYADA provides paid training in the office, in the home, and online; adult and pediatric simulation labs; around-the-clock clinical phone support; and electronic charting using Statewise.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• Hold a current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey.
• Maintain a minimum of one ongoing shift per week.

Responsibilities
