About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care to join its Skilled Nursing team, serving clients throughout Cumberland and Cape May counties in New Jersey. Private Duty Nursing provides one-on-one care in a client's home, with traditional 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts and opportunities to build relationships with clients as they reach milestones. Clients range in age from infants to geriatric adults.

Nurses travel to one nearby client home on a schedule they choose. They follow up on, carry out, and document doctors' orders; assess and monitor clients' conditions; and document observations, interventions, and evaluations. BAYADA provides paid training beginning on day one, including office, in-home, and online training, practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs, and around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Electronic charting is completed using Statewise.

The pay range is $34–$42 per hour, based on experience and skills. Scheduling is flexible, with at least one ongoing shift per week required. Morning, evening, and overnight shifts are available. PRN, part-time, and full-time arrangements are offered. Benefits are subject to employment type.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey.
• At least one ongoing shift per week is required.
