About The Position

VitalHire is hiring a per diem Registered Nurse to work in the Emergency Department at an acute care hospital in Polson, Montana. The role pays $59.63 per hour and offers flexible per diem shifts. The scheduled shift is a 12-hour day shift, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Per diem clinicians in Montana must work at least two shifts per month. Clinical orientation is held every Monday, and the hospital uses Epic for charting. The position has two openings and a start date of November 16, 2026.

Requirements

• Active Montana RN license; a compact license is accepted where applicable.
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Epic experience.
• At least two supervisor references covering one year of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty or setting; charge RNs are acceptable if they directly supervised the applicant.
