About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a per diem Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at an acute care hospital in Polson, Montana. The position is for day shifts of 12 hours, scheduled from 7:00 to 19:30, with flexible per diem shifts. Per diem clinicians in Montana must work at least two shifts per month. Clinical orientation is held every Monday. The hospital uses Epic for charting. The listed hourly pay is $59.63, and the start date is November 16, 2026. Two openings are available.
Requirements
- Active Montana RN license; compact license accepted where applicable.
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
- Epic experience.
- At least 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting; charge RNs are acceptable if they directly supervised the candidate.
