About The Position
INTEGRIS Health is hiring a full-time, night-shift Registered Nurse for its Med Surg team at INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role supports the health system’s mission to partner with people to live healthier lives. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 may be available. The Staff Registered Nurse manages the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessment and reassessment, developing plans of care, implementing and evaluating appropriate interventions, and supervising or coordinating other licensed and non-licensed personnel as assigned. The nurse also provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate. The position reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. The posting notes potential exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals, and requires following standard precautions. Additional or varied physical demands and respiratory fit-test requirements may apply.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. (The posting specifies an alternative CPR requirement for Hospice only.)
- Other certifications and competencies required based on service-line skill.
- Potential exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals; must follow standard precautions.
Responsibilities
- Assess and reassess patients.

- Evaluate patient care interventions.
- Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients, as assigned.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
