RN Weekend Only Days ICU
About The Position
Baptist Health Floyd is seeking a Registered Nurse for its 16-bed adult medical Intensive Care Unit. The ICU provides specialized care for critically ill patients, including patients with stroke, sepsis, shock states with or without multi-organ failure, and respiratory failure. New graduate RNs are welcome. The RN provides and is accountable for comprehensive direct nursing care from admission through discharge, functioning as an on-shift team member to meet the needs of patients, families, and coworkers. This is a part-time, benefit-eligible Weekend Only Work position scheduled for 24 hours weekly on days, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The role works every weekend and offers premium pay for WOW shifts. Experienced external candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Current Indiana or compact-state RN license.
- BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.
- ACLS certification, to be obtained within 12 months of hire.
- NIHSS Stroke Certification, to be obtained within 10 weeks of hire.
