About The Position
Vibra Permanent Staffing is recruiting experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses for direct-hire, full-time roles with an independent, nonprofit short-term acute care community hospital partner in Kerrville, Texas. Nurses provide care to high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions in a specialty acute-care setting. Day and night shifts are available across several roles; some positions specify particular shifts or call requirements. Open roles include Cath Lab RN (four 10-hour shifts; call required), ICU RN (nights, 7 p.m.–7 a.m.), Acute Rehab RN, Med/Surg RN, Med/Surg RN Clinical Manager (evenings), Surgical Services RN in the Main Operating Room (call required), Endoscopy RN, Women's Services RN, CDU RN, and Clinical Manager OR/Endoscopy. Requirements
- Current, valid, active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment; an active Texas or compact-state license is specified in the additional qualifications.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification is listed as required; the posting also states ACLS is required within 90 days of hire.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellence in patient care.

Nice To Haves
- One or more years of acute-care, ICU, or LTAC experience is strongly preferred.
- New graduates are welcome if they have recent hospital experience.
Responsibilities
