About The Position

Hickory Creek at Greensburg is hiring Registered Nurses for weekend option evening shifts. As a Registered Nurse, you will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. You will use nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and contribute to a rewarding, high-quality care environment. Requirements

• Current, valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Ability to promote teamwork and collaborate with nursing and other facility teams.
• Ability to communicate interpersonally in support of a respectful and positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
• Help create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
