About The Position
Nora Springs Care Center is hiring a Registered Nurse for its skilled nursing facility in Nora Springs, Iowa. The position is available full-time or part-time for the 2–10 p.m. shift, and PRN work is also offered. Staff nurses help manage operations on their assigned unit and support the facility’s standard of resident care. They supervise and guide clinical staff, help foster a positive and inclusive facility culture, maintain infection prevention practices, and help ensure staffing meets residents’ needs. Requirements
- Hold an unencumbered Registered Nurse (R.N.) license in Iowa or a compact state.

- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

Responsibilities
- Manage operations of the assigned unit.
- Assist with supervising the activities of clinical staff on the assigned unit.
- Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
- Help foster a positive and inclusive facility culture.
- Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained.
- Ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs.
- Provide attentive care that supports the facility’s standard of resident care.
