About The Position
UW Medical Center-Montlake's Urologic Oncology Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a Per Diem Registered Nurse. The Urology Clinic at UW Medical Center-Montlake diagnoses and treats patients with urologic cancer and general urology conditions. The clinic hosts the Bladder Cancer Multispecialty Clinic and the Prostate Cancer Multispecialty Clinic. UW Medical Center-Montlake Urology was recently recognized as a UW Medicine Patient Experience Top Performer for Medical Practice. This position offers a flexible schedule in an outpatient setting, providing patient-centered care.
Requirements
- 2 years of recent oncology, urology, medical-surgical, or ambulatory nursing experience
- BLS
- Active licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients with prostate, bladder, and other urologic cancers
- Perform catheter changes, specimen collection, and intravesical treatments in a clinic setting
- Perform port and PICC lining blood draws and care
- Assist our providers during minimally invasive procedures
- Conduct Epic InBasket triage and telephone triage

- Certification premium - $1.25/hour
